Sunday breakfast in bed

Husband broke his legs a couple of weeks back, so these days it's me that fixes Sunday morning breakfast. Cappuccinos and pancakes. Yum! I love mornings like today's. Cherry blossom, sunshine, radio, breakfast and book in bed. Lovely.
I had some leftovers from yesterday's waffle mix, and thought I'd try and make them into pancakes. Worked a treat!

    Tipper Radio 4 stod på! Beskytteren av Katherine Mansfield Society, Dame Jaqueline Wilson, tok utgangspunkt i Desert Island Discs da hun holdt tale i helgen. I tillegg til Bibelen og Shakespeare ville hun ha med seg Queen og Collected Stories by Katherine Mansfield. Herlig dame!
