I've been making many of these lately, it's so easy! And it looks really nice too with a tea candle inside. All you need is an empty, clean jam jar, some fabric and a bit of lace. I love the Bonne Maman jam jars, they're perfect for this. Measure the fabric and lace around the jar and cut. Put some glue on the jar (I normally use UHU All Purpose Glue) and carefully place the fabric on, making sure the edge of the fabric follows along the edge of the jar. Do the same with the lace around the top. Leave to dry for a few hours. Ta-da! A pretty new candle holder.
